Amyad Raduan, MD

Amyad Raduan has practised medicine for more than a decade, in Spain and in Switzerland. His work with private clients has centred on complex cases handled in interdisciplinary teams: reading the whole file, interpreting biomarkers and genetic and pharmacogenomic data in context, rationalising complex medication and supplement regimes, and coordinating internal medicine, psychiatry, nursing and nutrition, including cases where mental health and addiction are part of the picture.
He trained as a specialist in family and community medicine, with hospital rotations in internal medicine, emergency medicine, cardiology, pneumology, gastroenterology, endocrinology and neurology, and holds a master's degree in clinical research in medicine. He is licensed to practise in his own professional responsibility in the Canton of Zurich, where his medical degree holds federal recognition.
His continuing education includes the certification pathway of the Institute for Functional Medicine (Federal Way, Washington), with the foundational programme and the advanced modules in immune and environmental health completed, and stem cell medicine at Harvard Medical School.
Earlier in Spain he held responsibility for a primary care list of about 1,500 people and directed a clinical network of more than 200 professionals.
He speaks Spanish, English, German, Arabic and Catalan.
How I work
Most of the cases that reach me have been seen by very good physicians. What was missing was not competence but someone holding the whole picture over time. That is the work: one file, one physician, in writing, for as long as you need it.
Amyad Raduan
His clinical work centres on complex and fragmented cases, prevention, sleep, and metabolic and hormonal health. He separates what is proven from what is plausible and from what is commercially inflated, and he does not sell treatments.
